I was looking at the cherry tomato plant I am attempting to grow, and unfortunately, it looks like I won't be getting many tomatoes from it. However, what is very plentiful in Muskoka, at this time of the year, is the number of Farmers' Markets, offering local foods, homemade goods, local art and other interesting items. Did the Canada Day long weekend leave you feeling like you need a cottage of your own? Well  we have the perfect place for you, Horn Lake in Magnetawan. It is a short 15 minute drive from Burk’s Falls or Sundridge. There are actually two Horn Lakes in the region, the other being located in Seguin.  

Horn Lake Magnetawan has a large variety of fish species including Lake trout, Lake Whitefish, Burbot, Smallmouth Bass, Walleye and Northern Pike so it makes a fantastic spot to pull out your fishing gear and spend a day on the water.
