In June of 2020, my husband contacted Royal LePage regarding our desire to search for
property that we wanted to build a cottage on. We were directed to Ed Rynard. It was our
lucky day. Not only did Ed rise to the occasion, in a pandemic world where people have
become afraid of strangers, he did it with enthusiasm and an efficiency that awed us. For
several weekends we tramped through dense brush, and scrambled over monster size
boulders along beautiful lakes in the Muskoka region in rain and shine, covering a radius of
over a hundred kilometers! On the third weekend he copied us with a few cottage listings,
and the first one was a beautiful place in Huntsville. Ed had been listening to us, and
pegged exactly our hearts desire. We now own a beautiful Lake House, and cannot thank
